General Inquiries

Q1. Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store as we intend to keep our prices low by collaborating with alteration partners across Sydney. You'll get convenience, great service and low prices for all your tailoring needs!

Q2. Do you make clothing for women?

Yes, we certainly do! However, we are limited to pants as our materials do not contain the spandex necessary for skirts.

Q3. How many appointment(s) is/are there?

Generally, you will be required to come down for two sessions.

a) Measurement session (i.e. taking of body measurements and selection of fabrics & customisations).
b) First-fitting session (i.e. when your suit is ready and you will be fitted to see if there is any adjustments to be made).

Q4. Do you charge for the appointment(s)?

No, we do not charge for appointments. There's no such thing as a free lunch, but appointments are on the house.

Q5. How long does an appointment take?

An appointment generally takes between half an hour and 45 minutes, but it can vary depending on the time taken for selection of fabrics and customisation options.

Q6. Can I provide my own fabrics?

Unfortunately we cannot make suits with a fabric provided by a customer. We can only ensure that the finished product lives up to our standard of quality and fit if the fabric comes from one of our own master tailors.

Q1. Where are your suits made?

We source and produce our suits and shirts with international Master Tailors with proven track records and years of experience from South East Asia.

Q2. Can I make a three-piece suit?

Yes! Let us know how you would like your vest to be designed during the measurement session.

Q3. Can I order just a suit jacket or pants?

For sure, but we recommend that you bring along the accompanying jacket or pants to ensure that the fabric design, colour and texture matches.

Q4. How do I know what style is best?

We can certainly help with that. Contact us when you're game.

Q5. What are the customisation options?

Button colour, lapel design, monogram, half-lining option, pants side adjusters, shirt cuff and collar are just a few of the customisations we provide. Give us a call and we'd be happy to chat!

Q6. Do the customisations cost extra?

A majority of our customisation options are complimentary and included in the price of your suit.

Q7. Can I preview the fabric swatches?

Yes, you're welcome to book an appointment with us to have a feel of the fabrics.

Q1. How accurate are the measurements?

Our outfitters have undergone professional training and they will take your body measurements and convert them into clothing measurements. Your body measurements are the baseline and we need to adjust your sizing by tweaking your garment measurements according to our tried and tested algorithm.

Q2. How long does a typical measurement session last?

A measurement session typically lasts 30 to 45 mins. However, this may be expedited if you already have a fabric and colour in mind.

Q1. How do I place an order?

If you'd like to place your first order with us, please proceed to the "Contact" page and indicate when and where you'd like to meet with one of our outfitters. We will then arrange for an appointment to take your measurements and walk you through the options we offer.

Q2. When will my suit be ready?

Our suits are made-to-order and will be ready in 3-4 weeks. We will be in touch with you once your suit has arrived and we will arrange for a first-fitting session.

Q3. Can I rush my order?

Unfortunately, no. You can't rush greatness.

We advise our customers to include additional time for last-minute alterations and to plan ahead before ordering for a special event.

Q4. How do I re-order?

If you have ordered from us in the past, you can simply drop us an email and let us know the fabrics and colours that you'd like. We will then process your order and inform you once the suit is ready.

Q1. My suit doesn't fit. What can I do?

On the off chance that suits are unreasonably ill-fitting and require major adjustments, we will initiate complimentary alterations. These may include suits produced with severe lack of fabric in some areas or when there is a gross amount of loose and unintended fabric.

If our tailor deems the order unalterable, we will remake the suit from scratch. This will take approximately 2-3 weeks for your new suit to be ready.

Our adjustment policy is designed to ensure that your suit will fit, while keeping our prices as low as possible by doing away with unnecessary adjustments. As such, our Outfitters will strive to achieve a good fit upon first fitting.

Q2. How long does it take for alteration(s)?

When an alteration is needed, we do this with local tailors and we aim to complete this within one week.
