OUR PROCESS
Come to us or opt for our mobile tailoring service - we come to you for a callout fee of $50 per trip!
1st Appointment - Measurement & Fabric selection
Our stylists will guide you through our extensive range of suit fabric swatches, measurements and customisations, while also getting to know your preferences and desired fit.
A 50% deposit of the invoice value would be collected if an order is made.
2nd Appointment - Fitting/Collection
Our stylists will contact you once your suits are ready in about 5-6 weeks** to arrange a fitting at your desired location.
Suits may be collected at this point or sent off for alterations*, if any, and would take another 2-3 weeks**.
3rd Appointment - Final Fitting/Collection
After alterations are done, suits are fitted one last time and products are collected. The remaining invoice value is due upon collection of the product.
*Please note that adjustments due to preference changes or body size changes may incur alteration charges. If you are losing/gaining weight we suggest to wait until your size stabilises before ordering a suit.
**If there is a specific date you need the products by, please note that 12-14 weeks is the recommended lead time. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders that are required less than 14 weeks away.
